Forensic HVAC is operated by Ian Decker, who brings more than 46 years of hands-on experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration. His background spans design support, installation, servicing, commissioning, project delivery, fault finding and complex system troubleshooting across commercial and industrial environments.

Ian holds a Diploma of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering and a Diploma of Building and Construction. His work has included commercial refrigeration, cool rooms and freezer systems, chilled-water plant, packaged and ducted air-conditioning, ventilation, BMS controls, heat recovery, high-load environments and system upgrades.

Forensic HVAC is a registered business name of Decker Imports Pty Ltd and provides independent technical assessment and reporting. Where formal engineering certification or design approval is required, this is to be provided by an appropriately qualified engineer.
